Social Media Strategy and Management for a Salesforce Consultancy

The Client 

Is a Salesforce Consultancy based in Liverpool. They needed to grow their team to support their business growth which included social media marketing to raise awareness of their brand. 

The strategy

As part of the strategic approach, core business values were identifed. As would be expected, they were intelligent people with cutting edge cloud and Salesforce knowledge but they are also very ethical and proud of their roots in the Northern Powerhouse economy, which was a real differentiator from their close competition. It was identified that Twitter would be a great platform as both their influencers from the Salesforce Network and their prospect customers would be there. 

The results

Over a period of the channel was developed and run strategically to support business objectives as they changed.
