Raising the Social Media Profile of a Brand Consultancy

The Client 

is a Brand Consultancy, specialising in helping SMEs find their valuable difference and portray it in a clear consistent way to employees and customers. Loxley were approached after a particularly busy period. The Directors were managing their own marketing and had little time to focus on their own social media.

The Strategy

Through strategy development , it was identified that as it was run by the busy business owners, their own social media hadn’t kept pace with ‘trends’ on the platforms and a few small tweaks and alignment with their business process would mean that they could get more returns on their time and investment.

Monthly Facebook Lives were introduced along with a Facebook advertising strategy including installation of the Pixel from which a custom audience was created, leading to a 187% increase in targeted followers in three months, and a very significant increase in social referrals to their website.

The Results
